Begin with a CSV or XLS file with all the lead information you want on your final packets. The only required columns are HSE, STREET, Latitude, and Longitude and all the rest is up to you. You can have Turf Solutions highlight important leads in a light gray or Do Not Knock leads in a dark gray using an optional Color column.

Next you can quickly and intuitively draw shapes that define your territories. Each shape automatically calculates the number of homes or businesses included so you know instantly if you need to make it smaller, larger, or if it’s just right. You can even save the finished shape overlay for use again and again with no additional work on your part. Great for territories that have frequent data refreshes.

Click “Create Excel” and let the magic happen. Your finished Excel file will include an overview sheet where you can see each packet, a map of the area, and a spot to mark who is assigned to the area. Each print-ready packet will be named after its shape and the number of locations inside it like A 132 and will include a map and your data, sorted by STREET, HSE, and APT if included. Simply print and hand out or import into our (or yours- we play nice with other software).
